Today morning, I tell myself say this too much of carbohydrate eating must stop! Na so my weightloss just dey fluctuate because anytime I lose weight, rice, yam, garri, semovita, plantain, cocoyam wateryam, cassava, dem no dey let me maintain the slim body. 

Today slim, tomorrow big! na wetin? Day no go pass wey person no go chop one of these carbohydrate food dem. If you say you want take tea for morning, na so the bread go carry carbohydrate load for your body. If you come say Ok for lunch make you eat vegetable soup, na so the pounded yam or eba go just load carbohydrate for your body.

For dinner now? Ok tell me wetin person wan chop wey no carry plenty carbohydrate inside? You fry your egg o, na only dat one go take full your belle? You chop only fruits and vegetable dem, na so belle go just dey make noise for night like say you never eat for three days.

People dey talk say for recent years, Nigerian women come too dey fat. If almost every meal wey we eat na heavy one, how the weight wan take reduce? Abi make we no chop again kpata kpata? make we just dey drink only water? how we wan take survive?

WHY E HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT

  1. The cost of fruits and vegetable no gree person rest. You need plenty thousand naira everyday before you go fit buy small fruits from market. If you buy ordinary pineapple, pawpaw, apple,oranges, coconuts,and some small vegetables like watermelon, cabbage, peas, green beans and others, you go discover say the thousands wey you don spend for reach you cook three pots of afang, edikang Ikong soup or even six pots of ewedu soup. After you don buy the fruits dem come your house, na dat time everybody inside house go know say e dey important to eat fruits. dem go just finish the fruits like say na fruit eating competition wuna dey do.  

  2. Family dey take almost all the time wey woman get. As soon as you wake up for morning, if you get family, you don dey alredy plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prepare the ones wey wan go school, come start to dey hurry for yourself. Your own body go dey carry last every time say you wan please your family first abi?

  3. I must swallow! For plenty of us naija women, if we no swallow fufu of anykind for one week, we go fall sick. The swallow na sos so carbohydrate full inside. If we take plenty soup with small eba, e go help us lose small weight, but for where? the fufu must to big while the soup small. Abi na lie?
